Any video file you load into ZipBlade is processed directly by your local machine's CPU/GPU. Your video data is NEVER uploaded to our servers, and we have NO ACCESS to the contents of your videos.

While we do not collect your video data, we may collect the following technical and analytical data to ensure the system operates efficiently:

• Telemetry Data: Anonymous browser type, OS, screen resolution, and generic extraction performance metrics (e.g., file size, codec type) to monitor extraction success rates.
• Account Information: If you register or purchase a PRO plan, we collect your email address.
• Payment Information: We do NOT store your credit card details. All payment processing is securely handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. You are subject to their privacy policies during checkout.

3. Use of Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary for the functioning of the application, such as maintaining your session state and storing your language preferences.
