We want you to be fully satisfied with the ZipBlade PRO Protocol. If you encounter fatal technical issues that prevent the tool from functioning on your primary device, or if the service does not meet your expectations, we offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy for your initial purchase.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] from the email address associated with your purchase. Please include your order receipt or transaction ID provided by our payment processor, Paddle.
If you are on a recurring billing cycle, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal link (sent via email upon purchase). Once canceled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, and you will retain PRO access until the end of your current paid period.
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Once approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank statement.
